From our first contact with Jenny we could not have been any happier with the wonderful wedding Yarra Valley Pop Up Weddings prepared and ran for us. Every inquiry was answered promptly and fully - and Jenny always knew what questions to ask us to make us think of little details to make the day that little bit more magical and individual - like giving each of our guests a tiny bottle of bubbles to blow in celebration! The beautiful antique cutlery, crockery and glasses (for our delicious cake and champagne toast) were just beautiful, and the professional but friendly service by Kristy and Eddie (he handled the music, too!) made everything run like clockwork - in spite of the fact that I was 20 minutes late! The flowers were gorgeous - I loved my bouquet, and mother-of-the-bride and mother-of-the-groom wrist corsages were a delightful extra touch. My groom's buttonhole rosebud was just perfect, too. The care that Jenny and her crew took to make my elderly, wheelchair-bound mother feel completely at her ease was noticed and appreciated. We wanted a wedding that would fit our budget, and assumed that we would need to make compromises. We were wrong! What we got from Yarra Valley Pop Up Weddings was not only great value for money, but it was great at any price! Jenny and her team were amazing! Trying to plan a wedding from the other side of the world isn't easy but communication was always clear and Jenny was always readily available to answer questions. Our original wedding plans were postponed for 3 years due to Covid and after having already organised our wedding multiple times were deflated having to do it all again. After our initial 'big' wedding was cancelled due to the venue going into administration, we searched for something stress free but still beautiful. I found Jenny who was accommodating and easily dealt with me adding all the details and decor I still had and wanted to use. It was a bit daunting handing over the reigns but Jenny did a fantastic job and kept us on track throughout the afternoon. The food and the cake was great, such a great spread we enjoyed on the day. The flowers ended up being perfect! Such a lovely, classic style and look but still with pops of colour that I loved. Even with the weather almost 40 degrees, the venue was not too warm or too cramped with all our guests. It was such a nice and relaxed atmosphere to have for that one special day. Thank you Jenny!

Her team made sure we were fed on our wedding day by helping us grab food whilst we were making our rounds to our guests.
