A collection of some of our most commonly asked questions.

Is it a legal wedding?

Yes! We arrange your NOIM (Notice of Intent to Marry) your celebrant and marriage certificate’s – after a few signatures on the day you are officially Mr and Mrs.

Can you do a commitment ceremony?

Definitely! We can arrange for a civil commitment ceremony.

Can we renew our vows?

Yes.

How many guests can we bring?

Our packages are base priced for 20 or 50 guests, you can add guests for additional fees per head

Can I have a bridal party?

Yes please!

Can I bring my own Celebrant or other professional?

Of course we will adjust the price accordingly

How many photos will we get?

You should expect at least 25-30 High Resolution non watermarked Shots from your ceremony on a usb stick or web link for our weddings under 3 hours, and 55 shots from our longer packages.  After the wedding you will have the opportunity to purchase more direct from your photographer.

I have a date in mind that's not listed?

The beauty of Yarra Valley Pop Up Weddings is our permanent location we CAN cater to any date, unless otherwise booked.

How long does the wedding take?

Our weddings go from 1 hour to 6.5 hours, however time can be extended as an upgrade, just ask!

What's the cost?

Our prices start at under $3,000, for more info please see our packages page for the different events available and make a booking enquiry to see prices – the fee includes everything on the day with no hidden extras, you just need to turn up dressed and ready to say ‘ I DO  I DO’ 🙂
